ok, for yesterday's meals I had nasi lemak and 2 dim sum (chicken pau) for breakfast. And then for lunch, I had a plate of nasi beryani and roti john and lastly for dinner, I had a cheeseburger and 2 servings of rice. In between I snack on fruits, guava and papaya..and I still don’t gain any weight..!! Isnt it amazing?? and this is my DAILY RITUAL..i really wonder where did all the food go to??
Hmm..u see, I am desperate to gain weight..have always been cos’ I have been in the underweight category since I was a kid up until NOW..i don’t engage in vigorous activities after eating..i mean I go back to my desk and sit down when at work or i'd just bum around at home after dinner and still..nothing happens!The holy man kept telling me the same reason over and over again for my not gaining weight: HIGH METABOLISM RATE but it got me thinking..do I really need that large amount of food to be converted to energy to perform my daily simple tasks?? If that is the case, would it be healthy or unhealthy then?? I am totally clueless…I know protein would aid in gaining weight and muscle building but it doesn’t seem to work for me…hmm…I really wonder..
