it's been so many mths since i last jogged. This morning, I jogged 2 rounds! Heh! But 2 rounds is enough. Can't go any further since I've not been jogging for so long..had a slight stitch..maybe i didn't warm up enough..okie shall re-start my sunday morning jogs...
