it has been a rough week for me. My soon-to-be 3 years in N** is wasted. Hoping to get some monetary recognition for my hard work for the past year went down the drain. It's not exclusive to me only. All staff under the same staff category as I am got nothing or ridiculously pathetically nominal something which does not at all complement the amount of work we put in. Talk about performance management system and the various communication sessions that emphasizes again and again on performance. But, what do we get at the end of it all? Nothing. I am hell blardy pissed and dissappointed and angry. Everyone is. I am really hoping now that I would be lucky enough to get a new job. This whole system sucks big time.
