Acupuncture Session

My first session at the acupuncture clinic at ttsh yesterday was interesting. I became a little immobilised once the needles were in. A slight movement would trigger a bit of pain on the needle points..more like minute electric shock. So, I tried to be as still as possible and engaged in deep breathing. During that 20 minutes, one of the needle points vibrated for quite sometime and that jolted me a little. Other than that, it was fine. I like!
