Wanna relate this story:
I went to the national library yest, to report loss for one of the item that i'd borrowed. There were 5 people before me, waiting to be served at the customer service counter. Then, while waiting, this unruly ah-pek who was next to be served, suddenly shouted: "OI! Ok already or not? So long one ah!" The staffs at the cust service counter were completely taken aback ! So were the rest of us in the queue. And, while being served, he tried to be so difficult with the staff. I was totally appalled! Ugly sight! Ugly character!
