She has 1 more week before the final countdown begins and she is forced to face the tonnes of work that awaits her return patiently.
so, she decided to perform her (house)wifely duties today.
She went on a trip to the market a mere stone's thow away from their abode, whipped up (n going to) some dishes for her dear husband n her family of course..
allow the rempah to be 'garing' a wee bit
next, add coconut milk..sinful i know..tsk tsk..
allow it to simmer till it come to a boil
finally good to go..my ayam lemak cili padi ...yummmyzz!
husband's favourite - keropok ikan to go with his rice..
and gonna have his favourite baby kailan stir fried w ginger, garlic and oyster sauce nearer to his return...
oohh and the gd wifey did laundry too...
did i mention before, my dream job was to be a housewife?
ok, make that a tai-tai..heh!
