omelette and cucur udang for the morning wake-up call,
fried fish noodle soup with milk

for the stock
n finally,

..yummyzz! yet another simple recipe..
Ingredients:
Ikan Bilis (Dried Anchovies) to make the stock
Evaporated Milk
Fish Fillet (To fry with cornflour and set aside)
Chye Sim
Tomatoes
Noodles (I use laksa beehoon)
Salt to taste
Steps:
Boil the ikan bilis to get the stock. (You may wish to use instant ikan bilis stock cubes instead.)
When boiled, strain the ikan bilis through a sieve.
Add in evaporated milk to the stock, according to individual taste and preference.
Add in a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Add chye sim, tomatoes.
Boil noodles, place in a bowl and arrange fried fish fillet and seaweed(if you like).
Pour fish soup over and ….. Savour! Yummyyzz!
Dont forget the birds eye chillies to go with it okies! Shioking! Very Easy aint it?

Sweetcorn and Cocoa Custard Pudding,

put all these together..

before toppings..

Good to go! Serve chilled with sliced peaches and whipped cream..
Ingredients:A)3 tbsp custard powder3 tbsp sugar4 tbsp fresh milk1 egg yolk3 tbsp coconut milkB)200ml fresh milk1/2 cup coconut milk150ml waterA pinch of salt C)3 tsp cocoa powder. (I substitute with Milo)5 tbsp cream-style cornSteps:Mix A) together and stir till it has a smooth consistencyMix B) together on a separate stove-safe casserole/pyrex/pot and heat it till near boiling point. Add Mixture A) into B) and stir till custard thickens and boiled. Separate final custard mixture into 2 equal portions. Add cream style corn to one portion and cocoa powder/milo to the other portion. Scoop each portion into dessert cups, alternating between corn mix and cocoa/milo mixChill in refrigerator. To serve, top with sliced peaches/strawberries/kiwis (to individual preference) and whipped cream
