
'twas another simple dish to break the 1st day's fast..
Macaroni SoupIngredients:
Garlic, diced
Bird's eye chillies , sliced (optional)
Chicken Fillet , Sliced into small pieces
Potatoes , Diced
Chicken Stock
Black and White pepper
Quail Eggs, boiled
Carrot - Sliced into strips
Macaroni - to boil
Saute garlic and bird's eye chillies till fragrant
Add black and white pepper, chicken fillet and stir
Add chicken Stock and let it boil
Once boiled, add diced potatoes, boiled quail eggs and carrot strips
Place ready macaroni in a bowl and pour soup over.
Garnish with parsley and fried shallots..

hey there's the fried chicken wings to complement the soup...and it's deep fried, so it's balanced.. :P anyways, who can resist fried chicken??
...first time celebrating this holy month with the husband in a place we call our very own...first time sans my family as we broke the fast yesterday......feel blessed with him by my side yet I got teary-eyed too for I miss my family.. the 'kecohness' during buka and all..... sob sob....
