My primary emotional currency is :Acts of service. Ditto for my husband.
What's yours? And your partner's? And your parents? And your brothers and sisters and friends?
According to the experts, there are 5 emotional currencies otherwise known as Love Languages,
1. Words of Affirmation
2. Receiving Gifts
3. Quality Time
4. Acts of Service
5. Physical Touch
While it's important to deposit all 5 currencies in our day-to-day interaction, it's also important to know one's primary emotional currency in order to deposit more of THAT significant currency, to fulfill one's needs to feel loved by others.
I think he has feel loved with the cooking.
