my very first, ok make it my very first 2 and still the only 2 luxury bags in my possession, were bought in the land of the Louvre, the Mona Lisa, the Eiffel tower, almost a year ago during our honeymoon trip.
Since it already costs so much to fly there + the traveling time, it'd be such a waste if I dun get it/them. So, I indulged. BUT I saved quite a whopping sum still than if I were to get them here. I promised mb I would get just 1. Much to his chagrin, I ended up getting 2 but hey I personally foot the bill wat.... At that point, it's about how much you save not how much u spent.. ;P
And I wanted to indulge myself since all other times, I am very careful with my penny you know. (Read: thrifty aka cheapo)
He found it too lavish an amount to be spent on handbags. But i told him, i saved appx $600 per bag in comparison to sgp pricing, tax rebates inclusive! He was not happy still.

and now i thought, perhaps it's my retribution for not listening to the husband.

why in the world did i get an alma for? i've always loved the classic elegant look of the alma. When i posed and posed and posed in the boutique, i thought it suits me just fine. happily swiped my card and paid for 2 ; alma and marelle. 1 not so practical bag and another, the more practical buy since it's roomy and i could throw almost everything into it, the alma that is. But NOW, i feel like getting rid of the alma. I think it's too huge for my small frame! huargh! i love my marelle alright. But Alma has been sitting pretty in the cupboard, dust bag and all, used only once.

What do I do with thee? I should have gotten trouville instead.
