The other night, while out on one of our 'dating days', he asked," So, anything new you've learnt about me since we're close to 1 year of our marriage?"
Me," You make a mighty fine household chores partner!"
And yes, I am fascinated at how he does the household chores, voluntarily no less. He's the
Lee Young Jae of the house i.e. the character in the hit Korean drama Full House. But, this
Lee Young Jae does the household chores instead of just barking at the wife to keep the house spick and span. He said it's the training he received while he was away in the States for close to 1 and 1/2 years. With no one else to take care of the apartment unlike most of his counterparts who had their wives with them, he had to do everything from cooking to washing to cleaning the apartment and I must admit he did a mighty fine job at keeping his apartment neat and tidy. I was impressed too at the state of his apartment when I came to visit. And he brought the newly found skills back home....Clap Clap! He's also a very hands-on guy. He DIY-ed the storeroom shelving on his own, even skipped lunch to complete the shelving project on one of his days off from work...Thank you very much mb...... :)

He almost always cleans up the house before I can do anything...So, what do I do? Cook lor! But I've not been cooking that often too cos' we kept bringing back food from either my mom's or my in-laws...*chuckles*
I'd better whip something up this weekend................ ;P
