The new academic year has started. Ok, the registration period has begun not the instructional period per se. Truthfully I enjoy manning the operations centre. It's fun, really. It takes me away from office, on to another duty, speaking to students and working with a different team of colleagues, definitely refreshing.

That's 1 good thing about my job. When I'm overwhelmed or saturated with finance, I move on to student matters, and HR matters. Basically multi task between different, totally unrelated portfolios. If only something else could be better, I would be a happier person... :S

On another note, it's August already! yippeeeee!

I'm so looking forward to the end of the month not because I would turn 29, (no qualms revealing my age online or offline or perhaps not yet? :P) but because of something else.... insya Allah...

We declare 'regional only', specifically confined to neighboring countries after this. heh!
Nonetheless he will most probably go beyond the regional shores at the end of the year, all in the name of duty..
