i used to be very gung-ho when it comes to baking kuih raya..And usually, at this time of the fasting period, i'd have looked through my recipe books and trawling the net for new inspirations and would have at least some ideas of what to do....but this year? I think i've been bitten quite badly by the lazy bug..hurhur... I told the husband..

"malas ah nak buat kuih raya. beli jer lah. beli kerepek sudah."
('m so lazy to bake any raya cookies. Let's just buy. Or better still, just buy crackers or something)

no inspiration. no motivation.

I see eidulfitri as just another public holiday. I don't even bother to apply for additional leave and I won't.

Am i getting older?

maybe. truly.

oh and i'd usually lost 3-4kg at the end of the fasting month. I see the signs. My working pants are lose already. :P
