Euphoria..
The husband has returned home safely but not without an Amazing Race episode! Poor husband! He had to go through 5 airports altogether instead of 4 with an additional transit at Seattle...Gosh! It was a race alright for him and just him alone, else he'd have to spend a night at Narita airport before he could head back home, which means his homecoming would have been delayed by a day too! It would have been so anti-climax but i'm glad he reached home as planned despite that hiccup...a major one at that! Alhamdulillah he's home safe and sound. Very much soundly asleep too since he's still jet-lagging. Hasn't yet switched from the -16hrs from sgp time...
and with the husband's homecoming too, i have not been able to stop gushing over the shopping he brought home!...
He brought home 11 pieces of my addiction altogether! Yippee! Thank you husband...you're the bestest! And no, they are not for me alone (I wish!) although mine's errrm...the most! hehe.. Lest you'd think my primary love language would be receiving gifts, it's not. I'm paying for my purchases except for 1, which is a gift from him. :) i can now safely throw away my 5-year old tattered (no kidding!) wallet.
My primary love language is definitely acts of service. The husband has most definitely filled up my emotional love tank to the brim (actually it has overflowed) by putting his own inconveniences aside, drove all the way up to Lincoln city, a 2-hour drive up which means a 4-hr drive altogether and in spite of the gloomy weather, just to get me (and us) our addiction. For all of that, I couldn't thank him enough and for that my emotional love tank is not just full but it has overflowed by his gesture... :)
he brought home my favourite toiletries too! Bath & Bodyworks..yummy!!

To reciprocate, I have filled up his emotional love tank too (I hope!), which coincidentally is the same as mine, acts of service. By cooking his favourite mi hun soto.. :)

Enough about me. What about you?
