my sister's keeper
jodi picoult is one of my favourite authors, a masterful narrative at that.
My sister's keeper has always been in the list of my favourites too.

(btw this wasn't the cover page that I saw)
Here's the link on the movie from jodi picoult's site:
My Sister's KeeperDuring lunch time today, as I was browsing through the books at the stall, the cover of a particular book screamed,"Look at me!" There on the cover of the book was cameron diaz with 2 other kids (whom I didn't recognize) and it reads "My sister's keeper..now a major motion picture." gosh, i almost hyperventilate!
I have been wondering if my sister's keeper will ever make it to the big screen and if it does, i am so going to run to the movies, ready to cry buckets along with the movie as I did with the book; I teared at different points of the book. It's heartbreaking. I feel so much for Anna. I feel so much for Jesse. :S
It's going to be released in the UK and US on 26th june. I hope it'll come to the cinemas here soon too. I am going to apply for 'me' time and let the floodgates opened when it's here.
can't wait.
Reading is the 'me' time that I have for myself now that 99% of my time is dedicated to my little one. I read to and fro work, I surf and I shop online - these are my 'me' times.
